Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Head of Sales for HVAC to own our largest multi-location HVAC deals—from first meeting to signed contract. One win covers many locations, with strategic accounts where one deal opens the next.

You will close high-stakes opportunities with ownership, regional operators, and marketing leaders. As an AI-first digital agency, we focus on multi-location HVAC and home service groups, leveraging a small, focused team and inbound meetings.

Qualifications

• A record of closing $1M+ a year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Selling into HVAC groups, or marketing and agency services to similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative cycles with several decision makers.
• You would rather close business than manage people.

Responsibilities

• The full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
• Expansion: more locations and more services once a group signs.
• Proposals built with our strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.
