Job summary

Progress Residential is seeking a Service Technician III - HVAC to join our Property Management team. You will inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in our single-family homes while delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring safety and quality.

With 5 years of general maintenance experience and EPA/HVAC certification, you will perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on-site, including appliances, electrical, and plumbing components.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years’ general service and maintenance experience (painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, drywall repair, etc.).
• HVAC Certification from technical college or trade program preferred.
• EPA Certification required.
• Experience repairing all makes & models of residential appliances in customers’ homes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in Progress Residential single-family homes.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections and service requests.
• Diagnose and repair advanced issues and report major repairs prior to expenditures.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure timely completion of service requests.
• Interact with residents and vendors professionally and maintain documentation.
