Job summary

Progress Residential, LLC is seeking a Service Technician III - HVAC to inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in single-family homes. You will perform maintenance, handle repairs and ensure safety and compliance across multiple properties.

The role requires 5+ years in general maintenance, HVAC certification and EPA certification. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential for daily site visits and on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC certification preferred; EPA certification required.
• 5+ years in general service and maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• Experience with residential appliances and safety/compliance rules.

Responsibilities

• Assess situations quickly and outline steps to resolve service requests with strong customer service.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC and related systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot advanced issues and repair or replace components.
• Report major repairs before expenditures and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain professional conduct and complete service requests timely.
