Job summary

Progress Residential, L.P. is seeking a Service Technician III - HVAC to deliver outstanding service on our single-family homes. You will inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems while supporting general maintenance and resident relations in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have 5+ years of field maintenance experience, HVAC and EPA certifications, own tools, and a valid driver's license. This role requires on-call availability, weekend/evening work as needed, and a commitment to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in general service and maintenance (painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, drywall repair).
• HVAC Certification via Technical College or Trade Program preferred.
• EPA Certification required.
• Experience repairing residential appliances preferred.
• Own basic tools required for residential servicing.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in Progress Residential homes.
• Perform preventative maintenance and respond to service requests.
• Diagnose advanced issues and repair or replace defective equipment.
• Maintain safety and comply with company policies and regulations.
• Interact professionally with residents and vendors/contractors.
