Job summary

Top Echelon Software LLC in Oklahoma City seeks a Senior HVAC Product Development Engineer to lead design, optimization, and sustaining engineering of our HVAC product families. You will manage end-to-end NPD projects, drive agency compliance, and provide cross-functional expertise across manufacturing, quality, sales, and supply chain.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
MS degree preferred.
10+ years of product design and project engineering experience.
Proven track record of releasing at least two product families.

Responsibilities

Design, optimize, and qualify HVAC systems using simulations, analytics, and experiments.
Lead NPD projects and track timelines, costs, and KPIs.
Lead product qualification programs with regulatory and testing agencies.
Provide cross-functional guidance to manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and sales/marketing teams.
Prepare BOMs, engineering drawings, PCNs, and present designs to stakeholders and clients.
Mentor engineers and apply DFSS/DFMA principles.
