H.T. Prof Executive Search seeks a Senior HVAC Product Development Engineer to lead design, optimization, and sustaining engineering of residential and commercial HVAC products. You will manage end-to-end NPD projects, drive regulatory compliance, and provide expert guidance to manufacturing, sales, quality, and supply chain teams.

The role requires 10+ years in product design and project engineering with a strong HVAC systems background and hands-on DoE/testing experience.
