Kingfisher Recruiting is seeking a Senior HVAC Product Development Engineer to lead design, optimization, and sustaining engineering for residential and commercial HVAC products in Oklahoma City. You will manage end-to-end NPD projects, drive regulatory compliance, and provide cross-functional expertise across manufacturing, sales, quality, and supply chain teams.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in product design and project engineering, a strong background in HVAC system design, and DFSS/DFMA

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; MS preferred.
• 10+ years in product design and project engineering with proven releases.
• Experience leading NPD projects and working across functions.

Aufgaben

• Lead design, optimization, and qualification of HVAC systems.
• Manage end-to-end NPD projects with timelines and KPIs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and interface with testing agencies.
• Harness cross-functional guidance across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and sales/marketing.
• Prepare BOMs, drawings, PCNs, and present designs to stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and drive DFSS/DFMA process improvements.
