Job summary

Ashton North LLC in Oklahoma City seeks a Senior HVAC Product Development Engineer to lead design, optimization, and sustaining engineering of our HVAC product families. You will manage end-to-end NPD projects, drive compliance with regulatory standards, and provide cross-functional expertise to manufacturing, sales, quality, and supply chain.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (MS preferred) and 10+ years of experience releasing multiple product families; EPA certification

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required; MS preferred.
• 10+ years of product design and project engineering experience.
• Proven track record releasing at least two product families.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NPD projects for residential and commercial HVAC products.
• Drive qualification programs and ensure regulatory and testing agency compliance.
• Provide technical guidance to manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and sales teams.
• Prepare BOMs, engineering drawings, PCNs, and present designs to stakeholders.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and apply DFSS/DFMA principles.
