Job summary

Your Talent Team in Oklahoma City is seeking a Senior HVAC Product Development Engineer to lead design, optimization, and sustaining engineering of residential and commercial HVAC families. You will manage end-to-end NPD projects, drive agency compliance, and provide cross-functional engineering support across manufacturing, quality, sales, and supply chain.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
10+ years of product design and project engineering experience.
Experience releasing at least two product families.

Responsibilities

Design, optimize, and qualify HVAC systems for residential and commercial use.
Lead NPD projects across the full product lifecycle with KPI tracking.
Lead product qualification programs and interface with regulatory/testing agencies.
Provide technical guidance to manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and sales/marketing teams.
Prepare BOMs, drawings, PCNs, and present designs to stakeholders and clients.
Mentor engineers and apply DFSS/DFMA for process improvements.
