Management Performance Associates is seeking a Senior HVAC Product Development Engineer to lead the design, optimization, and sustaining engineering of residential and commercial HVAC product families. You will manage end-to-end NPD projects, drive agency compliance, and provide cross-functional expertise across manufacturing, sales, quality, and supply chain teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required; MS preferred.
10+ years of product design and project engineering experience.
Proven track record of releasing at least two product families.

Responsabilités

Design, optimize, and qualify HVAC systems for residential and commercial applications.
Lead multiple NPD projects across full product lifecycle, tracking timelines and KPIs.
Drive product qualification programs and regulatory/compliance activities.
Provide technical guidance to manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and sales/marketing teams.
Prepare BOMs, engineering drawings, PCNs, and present designs to stakeholders and clients.
Mentor junior engineers and apply DFSS/DFMA principles.
