Job summary

Zaddy Solutions in Madison, WI is seeking a Senior Commercial HVAC Estimator & AE to join a premier, employee-owned design/build mechanical contractor. The role offers a $40,000 base with a highly aggressive, uncapped commission structure, and 100% ESOP ownership as part of total earnings potential ($150k–$300k+ realized).

You will split time between office estimating, field visits, and client consultations, delivering high-margin bids.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial HVAC or mechanical contracting.
• Strong estimating, engineering, or technical equipment sales background.
• Ability to build relationships with GC, developers, and owners.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial market development with top GC partners.
• Accurately estimate equipment, labor, material costs.
• Lead design/build proposals with internal engineering teams.
• Solicit vendor/subcontract quotes and assemble bid packages.
• Participate in pre-bid walkthroughs and handoffs to field.
• Manage and expand established accounts for maintenance contracts.
