Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial HVAC or mechanical contracting with estimating, engineering, or sales.
• Solid knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, ductwork, piping, and code basics.
• Proven track record closing deals with general contractors and developers.

Responsibilities

• Drive market development by building relationships with GC, developers, and facility directors.
• Estimate equipment, labor, material, and vendor costs for commercial projects.
• Translate client requirements into high-margin design/build proposals.
• Solicit subcontractor quotes and assemble clear bid packages.
• Participate in pre-bid walkthroughs and handoffs to field teams.
• Maintain and expand relationships with commercial accounts for maintenance contracts.
