The position offers a strong base plus highly aggressive, uncapped commissions, plus 100% ESOP ownership, enabling real equity growth as you secure major healthcare, education, and multi-story projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial HVAC, mechanical contracting, or sales.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, piping and codes.
• Proven track record closing business with GC, engineers and owners.
• Self-driven with ability to manage multiple bids with minimal supervision.
• Residence within 45-minute commute of Greater Madison, WI; valid U.S. work authorization and driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with general contractors, developers and facility directors to win high-margin contracts.
• Accurately estimate equipment, labor, materials and vendor costs for HVAC and piping projects.
• Translate client requirements into high-margin design/build proposals with engineering input.
• Solicit quotes from vendors/subcontractors and assemble clear bid packages.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and project handoffs to ensure smooth transitions to field teams.
• Manage and expand relationships with existing accounts for recurring maintenance and retrofits.
