Aspire Talent Solutions seeks a Senior Commercial HVAC Estimator & AE in the Madison area for an employee-owned ESOP role. The position blends office estimating with field site visits and client consultations across Dane County and Southern Wisconsin.

Role emphasizes 5+ years in commercial HVAC/mechanical contracting, strong estimating skills, and the ability to develop relationships with contractors. 100% ESOP ownership accompanies significant upside and a direct-hire path.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial HVAC or mechanical contracting, estimating, engineering, or sales.
• Solid knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, ductwork/piping, and codes (WI).
• Proven ability to develop relationships with General Contractors and owners.

Responsibilities

• Drive market development by building relationships with top GC, developers, and facility directors.
• Perform precise equipment, labor, material, and vendor cost estimates for HVAC/piping projects.
• Lead design/build proposals in collaboration with internal engineering teams.
• Assemble and submit clear bid packages with quotes from vendors/subcontractors.
• Participate in pre-bid walkthroughs and handoff reviews to ensure smooth transition to field.
• Maintain and expand relationships with established accounts for recurring maintenance contracts.
