Job summary
Ashton North LLC in Madison, WI is seeking a Senior Commercial HVAC Estimator & AE to drive high-margin, design/build opportunities. You will estimate equipment, labor, and materials for complex HVAC projects, build strong relationships with GCs and facility owners, and translate client needs into competitive, winning proposals.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of dedicated commercial HVAC or mechanical contracting experience, including estimating, engineering, or technical equipment sales.
- Solid knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, ductwork/piping design, and building codes.
- Proven track record closing business with general contractors, engineers, and facility owners.
Responsibilities
- Drive commercial market development by building relationships with GC's, developers, and facility directors.
- Perform precision mechanical estimating of equipment, labor, material, and vendor costs.
- Lead design/build proposals in collaboration with internal engineering teams.
- Assemble and submit winning bid packages with clear, competitive quotes.
- Participate in pre-bid walkthroughs and handoff reviews to ensure smooth transition to the field.
- Manage portfolios to expand recurring maintenance and retrofit contracts.
