Job Juncture is aiding a premier, employee-owned mechanical contractor in Madison, WI to hire a commercial HVAC estimating professional. The role blends office estimating, site visits, and client consultations with a strong emphasis on high-margin contracts.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial HVAC or related sales, with a proven track record in closing deals and a deep understanding of Wisconsin codes. Eligible for substantial upside through ESOP and performance-based incentives.

Competenze

• 5+ years in commercial HVAC, mechanical contracting, or technical equipment sales.
• Solid knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, ductwork/piping design, and building codes (WI).
• Proven track record closing business with GC, engineering consultants, and owners.
• Self-motivated, able to manage multiple high-stakes bids with minimal oversight.
• US citizenship or Green Card holder with valid driver's license for local travel.

Mansioni

• Drive market development by building relationships with General Contractors and developers to secure new contracts.
• Perform precision estimating of equipment, labor, and material costs for HVAC/piping projects.
• Lead design/build proposals in collaboration with internal engineering teams.
• Assemble and submit winning bids with clear vendor/subcontractor quotes.
• Participate in pre-bid walkthroughs and project handoffs to field teams.
• Manage and expand relationships with established commercial accounts for maintenance and retrofit contracts.
