True North Consultants, Inc. in the Madison, WI area seeks a Senior Commercial HVAC Estimator & AE to drive high-margin bids and client relationships. The role blends office estimating, site visits, and client consultations across Dane County and southern Wisconsin.

You will estimate HVAC/piping, translate client needs into design/build proposals, and lead bid packages for top commercial projects, with a strong emphasis on long-term account expansion within an employee-owned firm.

Formación

• 5+ years in commercial HVAC or mechanical contracting, including estimating or sales.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, ductwork and piping, and codes.
• Proven background closing business with general contractors, engineers, and facility owners.
• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder within 45-minute radius of Madison, WI, with valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Drive commercial market development with GCs, developers, and facility directors.
• Perform precision mechanical estimating of equipment, labor, material, and vendor costs.
• Lead design/build proposals in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Assemble and submit clear, winning bid packages.
• Participate in pre-bid walkthroughs and project handoffs.
• Manage and expand relationships with established accounts for maintenance contracts.
