Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC in Madison, WI seeks a Senior Commercial HVAC Estimator & AE. The role focuses on estimating HVAC/piping for commercial projects, pursuing high-margin contracts, and developing long-term client relations with general contractors and developers.

You will split time between office estimating, site visits, and client meetings, with autonomy and opportunity for equity through ESOP. A valid driver's license and local commuting access are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial HVAC or mechanical contracting
• Knowledge of Wisconsin codes and standards
• Experience with estimating and design/build proposals
• US work authorization and ability to commute within 45 minutes of Greater Madison, WI
• Valid driver’s license for local site travel

Responsibilities

• Drive Commercial Market Development with General Contractors, developers, and facilities managers
• Perform precision mechanical estimating for HVAC and piping projects
• Lead design/build solutions in collaboration with engineering teams
• Assemble and submit winning bid packages for commercial clients
• Participate in pre-bid walkthroughs and project handoffs to field teams
• Manage and expand relationships with established commercial accounts
