Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Head of Sales for HVAC to own our largest multi-location deals, from the first meeting with ownership to the signed contract. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, focused on closing multi-location HVAC groups across the US and Canada.

You will work with our inbound and SDRs to convert strategic opportunities into revenue. You will drive end-to-end cycles of 3 to 12 months, negotiating with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders,

Qualifications

• Record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into HVAC groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Prefer closing over people management.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle on large HVAC deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close over 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to more locations and services after a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to build compelling proposals for key deals.
