Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking an experienced Sales Director for HVAC to own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, focusing on multi-location HVAC groups where one deal covers many locations.

You will close high-value deals with owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders, expanding to additional locations and services after a win.

Qualifications

• Track record of closing $1M+ annually on large multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling to HVAC groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Prefer closing over people management.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle on large HVAC deals from discovery to close over 3 to 12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.
• Drive expansion to additional locations and services after sign-off.
• Collaborate on proposals with strategists and leadership for high-impact deals.
