Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a VP of Sales for HVAC to own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, focusing on strategic, multi-location HVAC accounts across the USA and Canada.

You will manage the full cycle on large deals (discovery, proposal, negotiation, close) over 3 to 12 months, dealing with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.

Qualifications

• Track record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to HVAC groups or multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers.
• Prefers closing over people management.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle on large HVAC deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to additional locations and services once a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to build proposals for key deals.
