The seat targets $2M in annual quota, with leads provided by our sales development team and inbound inquiries. You will close long, consultative sales cycles involving owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders.

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing $1M+ yearly in multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to HVAC groups or multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle from discovery to close, over 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders.
• Expand accounts by adding more locations and services after signing.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership on proposals for key deals.
