Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience or BA/BS in related field.
• 5+ years of solution sales experience with a track record of achieving targets.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and interact with multiple stakeholders.
• Driver's license valid in-state for at least 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge and consultation by developing HVAC controls solutions for customer problems.
• Identify customer needs and market opportunities; assemble acquisition team as needed.
• Convert leads into opportunities by defining sales process and next steps.
• Develop and execute an account-specific business plan to foster a strong, profitable partnership.
• Assist customers with technical questions on HVAC controls and Trane products.
