Qualifications

• 5+ years of solution sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.

• Ability to engage multiple stakeholders and decision makers.
• Proven lead generation, opportunity qualification, and account growth capabilities.
• Strong financial/business acumen and self-starter mindset.
• Travel to customer sites required; may involve outdoor work and mechanical environments.
• Driver license valid in state with no major violations in past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Develop HVAC controls solutions that address customer problems and financial implications.
• Identify needs and market opportunities; coordinate with acquisition teams for projects.
• Convert leads to opportunities by aligning sales processes and teams.
• Create and execute an account-based business plan to foster long-term partnerships.
• Assist customers with technical questions on HVAC controls and Trane products.
