You will develop and execute account plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate customer needs into HVAC controls solutions, leveraging your sales experience to maximize value for both customers and Trane Technologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience or a BA/BS in Arts/Sciences or a Science degree.
• 5+ years of solution sales experience with targets.
• Degree not required if experience aligns with leadership principles.
• Ability to engage multiple stakeholders and identify opportunities.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and work in variable conditions.
• Driver license in state with a clean record for 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge and consultation on HVAC controls solutions, including financial considerations.
• Ascertain customer needs and coordinate acquisition teams for projects.
• Convert leads into opportunities by assigning the appropriate sales process and next steps.
• Develop and execute account-specific business plans to enable long-term partnerships.
• Assist customers with technical questions on HVAC controls and Trane products.
