Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience or a BS degree.
• 2+ years of solution sales experience.
• Driver license with valid US license and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge and consultation on HVAC controls solutions and financial/performance considerations.
• Identify customer needs and market opportunities.
• Coordinate acquisition team for customers and projects.
• Convert leads into opportunities and assign sales process steps.
• Develop account-specific business plans for long-term, profitable partnerships.
• Assist customers with technical questions on HVAC systems, Trane products, and controls.
