Job summary

Carrier is seeking an experienced Sales Executive in New Jersey to drive HVAC/BAS solutions, build strategic relationships with building owners and engineering teams, and manage an account portfolio from prospecting to closing.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Service, lead bid responses, and influence design decisions to deliver integrated building automation solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Outside Sales within HVAC/BAS or construction technology.
• Ability to sell solutions, not just products.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with building owners, contractors, and engineers.
• Manage an assigned account portfolio and drive regional growth.
• Represent the company at industry events to increase visibility.
• Identify client challenges and articulate the value of integrated HVAC/BAS solutions.
• Lead the bid process, craft responses, and negotiate to secure new business.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Service teams.
