Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation seeks a Commercial HVAC Solutions Sales Specialist for Controls to pursue large opportunities and modernize customer equipment. You will build relationships, excel in fast-paced environments, and manage multi-project responsibilities to close orders.

The role requires 3+ years in B2B HVAC sales, with strong negotiation and presentation skills, and a willingness to travel as needed in a dynamic team setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience selling B2B within HVAC/building controls/building automation.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree.
• Extremely comfortable operating in a technical environment using Microsoft-based software.
• Outstanding sales/negotiation skills and goal-oriented with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Present at customer seminars to develop new and existing relationships.
• Demonstrate expertise in Commercial HVAC.
• Promote Carrier value proposition linking customer objectives to Carrier solutions.
• Manage complex multi-service proposals.
• Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions and opportunity pipeline.
• Create high-quality estimates, bids and proposals to support business case.
