Job summary
ENFRA LLC is seeking a Controls Analyst to support Energy-as-a-Service projects, focusing on HVAC optimization and energy savings verification. You will work with engineering and commissioning teams on multi-building portfolios in higher education and healthcare environments, deploying advanced sequences across air and hydronic systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field.
- 5+ years of HVAC controls, design, energy management, or related experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong scope management and scheduling skills.
- Ability to interact with owners, owner's representatives, contractors, engineers and architects.
- Strong knowledge of commercial MEP equipment design and operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement energy conservation measures.
- Lead surveys, documentation review, and due diligence activities.
- Participate in retro-commissioning and commissioning efforts.
- Troubleshoot and optimize BAS programming to implement energy measures.
- Collaborate with project team to ensure high quality, optimized systems.
- Utilize test instrumentation to verify and optimize building operation.
- Maintain awareness of energy performance for assigned scopes.
