ENFRA is seeking a Controls Analyst to support Energy-as-a-Service projects focused on HVAC optimization and energy savings verification. The role covers multi-building portfolios in healthcare and higher education, requiring advanced BAS knowledge and problem solving.

You will work with engineering and commissioning teams to assess BAS architecture, troubleshoot performance, and deploy advanced control sequences across air and hydronic systems. Travel 30–40% is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field, or 4 years of experience in lieu.
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC controls, design, energy management, or other relevant fields
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong scope management and scheduling skills
• Ability to interact with owners, owner’s representatives, contractors, engineers and architects in a professional manner while effectively driving project outcome
• Strong knowledge of commercial MEP equipment design and operations

Mansioni

• Develop and implement energy conservation measures including but not limited to room ventilation schedules per ASHRAE guidelines with project delivery team
• Leads surveys, documentation review, and due diligence activities to determine facility conditions and develop applicable energy conservation measures
• Participate in retro-commissioning and commissioning efforts on assigned projects
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and modify building automation system programming to implement energy conservation measures within existing sequences
• Interact directly with the project team to ensure high quality, functional and optimized systems are delivered
• Utilize test instrumentation to troubleshoot, verify, and optimize building system operation
• Maintain awareness of energy performance for assigned scopes through the duration of the project
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure performance targets are met and maintained
• Drive corrective actions when scope or performance gaps are identified
• Ensure issues are properly identified and communicated to project team
• Assist with the resolution of issues by proposing and tracking implementation of solutions to the project team
• Proactively address and escape as required, constraints to achieving project outcomes and scope completion
• Familiarity with building automation systems software
• Strong communication and coordination ski
