ENFRA seeks a seasoned Controls Analyst to support Energy-as-a-Service projects, focusing on HVAC optimization, performance, and energy savings verification across multi-building campuses. You will collaborate with engineering and commissioning teams to assess BAS architecture and deploy advanced sequences of operation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC controls, design, energy management or related fields.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong scope management and scheduling skills.
• Professional interaction with owners, contractors, engineers and architects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement energy conservation measures with project delivery team.
• Leads surveys, documentation review and due diligence on facilities.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and modify building automation system programming.
• Interact with project team to ensure high quality, functional systems are delivered.
• Utilize test instrumentation to verify and optimize operation.
• Ensure energy performance targets are met throughout the project.
