Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Controls Analyst to support Energy-as-a-Service projects with a focus on HVAC optimization, BAS performance, and energy savings verification across multi-building campuses in higher education and healthcare.

You will evaluate existing BAS architectures, develop and validate control sequences, troubleshoot and optimize DDC logic, and collaborate with engineering, commissioning and project teams to deliver measurable improvements in energy performance and system reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field, or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC controls, design, energy management, or related fields.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement energy conservation measures per project goals.
• Lead retro-commissioning and commissioning on assigned projects.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and modify BAS programming for energy savings.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet performance targets.
• Perform site assessments and analyze trend data.
• Translate engineering intent into effective control logic.
