Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Controls Analyst with a strong background in HVAC systems and energy management. You will support Energy-as-a-Service projects, optimize HVAC sequences, and verify energy savings in complex multi-building campuses, including higher education and healthcare environments.

You will work with engineering and commissioning teams to evaluate BAS architectures, troubleshoot performance, and deploy advanced control logic across多 platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC controls, design, energy management, or related fields.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong scope management and scheduling skills.
• Ability to interact with owners, owner’s representatives, contractors, engineers and architects professionally.
• Strong knowledge of commercial MEP equipment design and operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HVAC control strategies and energy conservation measures.
• Lead surveys, documentation review, and due diligence to assess facility conditions.
• Participate in retro-commissioning and commissioning on assigned projects.
• Troubleshoot and optimize building automation system programming for energy savings.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure high-quality, optimized systems.
• Communicate issues clearly to project teams and propose practical solutions.
• Travel 30–40% to job sites/offices as required.
