Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Controls Analyst to support Energy-as-a-Service projects, focusing on HVAC system optimization, BAS performance, and energy savings verification across multi-building portfolios in higher education and healthcare.

This role requires advanced knowledge of HVAC systems, networked controls, and energy conservation measures, plus the ability to translate engineering intent into effective control logic.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC controls, design, energy management, or other relevant fields.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong scope management and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement energy conservation measures including room ventilation schedules per ASHRAE guidelines with project delivery team.
• Leads surveys, documentation review, and due diligence activities to determine facility conditions and develop applicable energy conservation measures.
• Participate in retro-commissioning and commissioning efforts on assigned projects.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and modify building automation system programming to implement energy conservation measures within existing sequences.
• Interact directly with the project team to ensure high quality, functional and optimized systems are delivered.
• Utilize test instrumentation to troubleshoot, verify, and optimize building system operation.
