Job summary

ENFRA Solutions is seeking a Controls Analyst to support Energy-as-a-Service projects focused on HVAC optimization, BAS reviews, and energy-savings verification. You will work with engineering and commissioning teams to deploy advanced control sequences across complex multi-building portfolios.

The role requires deep HVAC/bas knowledge, experience with retro-commissioning, and the ability to translate engineering intent into robust control logic while collaborating across multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC controls, design, energy management, or related areas.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong scope management and scheduling skills.
• Ability to interact with owners, contractors, engineers, and architects to drive project outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of commercial MEP equipment design and operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HVAC control strategies and energy conservation measures.
• Lead surveys, documentation review, and due diligence to determine facility conditions.
• Participate in retro-commissioning and commissioning on assigned projects.
• Troubleshoot and optimize building automation system programming.
• Communicate effectively with the project team to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Travel 30%–40% to job sites and office locations.
• Support with project performance targets and issue resolution.
