ENFRA is seeking a Controls Analyst to support Energy-as-a-Service projects. You will work with engineering and commissioning teams to evaluate BAS architecture, troubleshoot performance, and deploy advanced HVAC sequences across air and hydronic systems.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HVAC controls and energy management, with strong analytical skills and experience in retro-commissioning. Travel to job sites and offices is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field, or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC controls, design, energy management, or related fields
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong scope management and scheduling skills
• Ability to interact professionally with owners, contractors, engineers and architects

Mansioni

• Develop and implement energy conservation measures including room ventilation schedules per ASHRAE guidelines
• Lead surveys, documentation review, and due diligence to determine facility conditions and energy measures
• Participate in retro-commissioning and commissioning efforts
• Troubleshoot and modify building automation system programming to implement energy conservation measures
• Collaborate with project team to ensure performance targets are met and maintained
