ENFRA is seeking a Controls Analyst to support Energy-as-a-Service projects, focusing on HVAC optimization, BAS programming, and energy savings verification. The role involves multi-building campuses in higher education and healthcare, with collaboration across engineering and commissioning teams.

You will analyze trends, develop control logic, and drive retro-commissioning and commissioning efforts. Travel 30-40% and work in office/field environments are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC controls, design, energy management, or other relevant fields
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong scope management and scheduling skills
• Ability to interact with owners, owner’s representatives, contractors, engineers and architects in a professional manner while effectively driving project outcome
• Strong knowledge of commercial MEP equipment design and operations

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement energy conservation measures including but not limited to room ventilation schedules per ASHRAE guidelines with project delivery team
• Leads surveys, documentation review, and due diligence activities to determine facility conditions and develop applicable energy conservation measures
• Participate in retro-commissioning and commissioning efforts on assigned projects
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and modify building automation system programming to implement energy conservation measures within existing sequences
• Interact directly with the project team to ensure high quality, functional and optimized systems are delivered
• Utilize test instrumentation to troubleshoot, verify, and optimize building system operation
• Maintain awareness of energy performance for assigned scopes through the duration of the project
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure performance targets are met and maintained
• Drive corrective actions when scope or performance gaps are identified
• Ensure issues are properly identified and communicated to project team
