Qualifications

• 4+ years of demonstrated experience or a Bachelor of Science degree.
• 2+ years of solution sales experience.
• Driver license valid and in-state with no major violations in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide HVAC controls consulting and solutions including financial considerations.
• Identify customer needs and market opportunities; assemble project teams as needed.
• Convert leads to opportunities by defining the sales process and coordinating team members.
• Develop account plans to build long-term, profitable partnerships.
• Answer technical questions on HVAC systems, Trane products, and system applications.
