Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience or a BS in a related field.
• 2+ years of solution sales experience.
• Driver license valid and in-state with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge and consultation on HVAC controls solutions, including financial considerations.
• Ascertain customer needs and coordinate acquisition teams for projects.
• Convert leads into opportunities and assign the right sales team.
• Develop and execute an account-specific business plan for a strong partnership.
• Assist customers with technical questions on HVAC systems and Trane products.
• Plan your day and visit customers.
