Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS or science degree preferred.
• 5+ years solution sales experience with targets.
• Ability to engage multiple stakeholders and decision makers.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop HVAC controls solutions for customer problems including financial considerations.
• Identify needs and coordinate acquisition teams for projects.
• Convert leads to opportunities and manage next steps.
• Develop account plans to secure long-term partnerships.
• Assist customers with technical questions on HVAC controls and Trane products.
