Qualifications

• 4+ years of demonstrated experience or a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of solution sales experience.
• Driver License valid in state with no major violations.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge and consultation on HVAC controls solutions, including financial considerations.
• Identify customer needs and market opportunities; assemble acquisition team as needed.
• Convert leads into opportunities by assigning the appropriate sales process and team members.
• Develop an account-specific business plan to enable long-term, profitable partnerships.
• Assist customers with technical questions on HVAC systems, Trane products, and controls installation.
• Ability to plan your day and visit customers.
