Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Senior Controls Account Manager in Arden Hills, MN to build deep customer relationships and expand account share in the HVAC controls space. The role requires 5+ years of solution sales experience, strong stakeholder engagement, and travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of solution sales experience with a track record of achieving targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Sciences or related field preferred.
• Ability to engage multiple stakeholders and decision makers.
• Willingness to travel to customer job sites; mechanical exposure may occur.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge and consultation by developing HVAC controls solutions, including financial considerations.
• Identify customer needs and market opportunities; assemble acquisition team as needed.
• Convert leads into opportunities and manage the sales process and next steps.
• Develop and execute account-specific business plans to foster strong partnerships.
• Assist customers with technical questions on HVAC controls and Trane products.
