Trane Technologies is seeking a Senior Systems Account Manager to build deep relationships with building owners and drive account share while ensuring strong customer retention. You will provide HVAC solutions, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage end-to-end sales processes with national travel as needed.

The role emphasizes engaging multiple stakeholders, achieving sales targets, and leveraging financial insight to deliver value in a sustainable, efficient building portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of solution sales experience with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to engage multiple stakeholders, influencers, and key decision makers.
• Strong financial and business acumen and self-starter mindset.
• DL NUMBER - Driver License, valid and in state for 12 months with limited violations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver HVAC system solutions addressing customer problems, including financial and performance considerations.
• Identify customer needs and market opportunities; assemble acquisition teams as needed.
• Convert leads to opportunities by routing through the appropriate sales process and defining next steps.
• Develop and execute account-specific business plans to foster long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Assist customers with technical questions on HVAC systems and Trane products; travel to job sites as required.
