Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Senior Transmission Line Project Manager to lead high voltage and EHV transmission line projects within the Power & Energy Management Team. The role emphasizes managing technical scope, schedules, quality, and financial performance while cultivating client relationships and marketing Power Delivery services across the South and Southwest region.

The position supports remote work from mutually acceptable locations in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of post-education experience in a project management role within the Power Delivery/Utility industry.
• Bachelor's in Engineering or related field in Power & Energy market.
• Experience leading engineering/construction teams for HV/EHV transmission projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership for HV and EHV transmission line projects, including budgets, forecasts, margins and KPIs.
• Develop strategies to engage stakeholders at all levels and report progress.
• Lead pursuit activities including Go/No-Go decisions, contract reviews and risk mitigation.
• Participate in contract negotiations and client presentations as needed.
• Oversee QA/QC and ensure adherence to project management plans and safety requirements.
• Provide guidance to staff and ensure timely resource planning and subcontracting.
• Maintain regular client communications with monthly status updates and budget impact reviews.
