Job summary

Global Talent Resources, Inc. seeks a Technology Leader - HV to guide high‑voltage product lines for data centers, renewables, utilities, and industrial projects.

You will lead engineering efforts, support proposals, engage customers, and coordinate across engineering, sales, scheduling, and manufacturing to deliver reliable solutions. The role requires strong electrical engineering expertise, power distribution knowledge, and experience with transformers and breakers, plus CAD/Excel/SAP tools.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of electrical engineering principles and codes.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution, transformers, and their applications.
• Ability to lead a team and work across remote, hybrid, or office environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead HV product lines and drive engineering projects.
• Develop quotations, plans, wiring diagrams, and BOMs for product drawing sets.
• Review specs, lead times, testing requirements, and documentation standards.
• Manage the customer experience from quotation through production.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, manufacturing, and leadership.
• Provide in-depth technical support on product applications.
• Ensure compliance with ANSI, IEEE, CSA, and NEMA.
• Support visits to the Salt Lake City assembly facility.
