ABB Inc. seeks a Senior Technical Business Developer to lead customer engagement for our sub-transmission portfolio, focusing on 72.5-145 kV Dead Tank Circuit Breakers. This hybrid role bridges product management and sales, ensuring our f-gas-free, digital-ready DTB solutions meet evolving utility needs and position us as a market leader.

This is a remote position across the US, with preference for Cary, NC or Houston, TX. Travel up to 30% may be required as projects demand.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in high voltage equipment, preferably circuit breakers or substation components.
• Deep understanding of US sub-transmission applications and utility processes.
• Proven experience in technical sales, product management, or business development.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with vacuum interrupter technology and SF6-free solutions/regulation.
• Familiarity with IEEE/ANSI standards for high-voltage products.
• Ability to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
