Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
- Typically 2–4 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
- ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
- 1 of the following certifications: HR Service Delivery Implementation Specialist.
- 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow HRSD transformation projects and delivery teams.
- Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3–5 resources including offshore members.
- Provide guidance on HRSD best practices and process/technology transformation.
- Advise on AI-enabled HRSD solutions and governance considerations.
- Lead workshops and design sessions with business stakeholders.
- Ensure waterfall and agile delivery practices and maintain project artifacts.
