Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• Typically, 2–4 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience
• Excellent soft skills and ability to lead teams

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow HRSD projects and deliver design, configuration/development, testing and deployment phases
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3–5 resources including offshore staff
• Provide guidance on HRSD best practices and process transformations
• Advise clients on AI-enabled HRSD use cases and governance
• Facilitate workshops and drive requirements with stakeholders
