Job summary

UKG, the Workforce Operating Platform, seeks a Senior Sales Executive focused on net-new logo sales in the mid-market to enterprise space. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract close, and will live in or near your territory in the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of proven success selling HCM/Payroll solutions.
• Experience as New Logo Hunter in mid-market to enterprise.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of HRMS/SaaS industry and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales quotas across assigned territory.
• Present HCM products to decision makers and end users.
• Develop and present proposals and RFP responses.
• Collaborate with consultants and support teams to close contracts.
• Maintain knowledge of solutions and competitive landscape.
