Job summary

UKG in Austin seeks a Senior Sales Executive to drive net-new logo sales in the mid-market and enterprise space for HRMS/Payroll solutions. You will present HCM products to final decision makers, identify opportunities, and work within an assigned territory to close complex deals.

The role requires 5+ years of proven HRMS/Payroll sales experience, a hunter mindset, and excellent communication. Expect escalating commissions and a strong team environment at UKG.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions.
• Must have worked primarily as a New Logo Rep (Hunter) and consistently exceeded sales quotas.
• Present HCM products to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory.
